1. How do you ship the plaque to me? 
   Via FedEx Ground
   
   
2. How much does shipping cost?
   $13.25 shipping and handling
   
   
3. Can I order more than one plaque? 
   You can order more than one plaque.  Since News About You only uses the actual publication article, additional copies of the publication will need to be ordered.
   
   
4. How long will it take for me to receive my plaque?
   2-3 weeks unless publication has to be reordered.
   
   
5. Can News About You provide rush service?
   Yes, at an additional cost of $30.00.
   
   
6. Can I order samples of your materials?
   Not at this time, but we are happy to show you samples of our materials on our website at www.newsaboutyou.com.
   
   
7. What if my plaque is engraved incorrectly?
   Engraving mistakes are checked for accuracy against customer supplied text. If we cause an error, we will apologize and replace your items immediately at our sole expense. Customer errors are replaced as quickly as possible and billed again with a courtesy discount. Customers are ultimately responsible for correct spelling of names and custom information on engraving proofs.
   
   
8. Can I change my order?
   Yes, if News About You is notified within the first 48 hours.
   
   
9. Can I cancel my order?
   Due to the customization of a News About You Plaque, once an order has been placed it is subject to an additional 15% cancellation fee.  Orders can be cancelled only within the first 24 hours and are subject to a fee.
   
   
10. What forms of payment does News About Your accept?
    Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order, and WebCheck.
    
    
11. Do I have to pay sales tax?
    Only Kentucky residents pay sales tax of 6%.
    
    
12. What wood stains are available?
    Refer to our design page for stain selections. Think of where you will hang the plaque and match the stain accordingly.
